Chicken Karai Recipes English-Hindi

Ingredients:


1 lb boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 onion, finely chopped

2 tomatoes, finely chopped

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 cup yogurt

2 tbsp oil

Salt, to taste

Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish

Instructions:


In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they start to sizzle, add onions and fry until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute.

Add tomatoes and cook until they become soft and pulpy.

Add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add chicken and yogurt. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Add salt, to taste.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.

Tips:


You can adjust the amount of red chili powder according to your preference for spice level.

You can also add chopped bell peppers or green chilies for added flavor.

You can add a tablespoon of cream or butter at the end of cooking for a richer taste.

You can also replace chicken with mutton or beef for a variation of the dish.

500 ग्राम चिकन

2 बड़े प्याज, कटे हुए

2 हरी मिर्च, कटे हुए

2 लौंग, कटे हुए

2 टेबल स्पून धनिया पत्ता, कटे हुए

1 चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर

1 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर

1/2 चम्मच तिल पाउडर

1 चम्मच धनिया पाउडर

2 टेबल स्पून तेल

नमक स्वादानुसार

पानी स्वादानुसार

विधि:


तेल गरम करें और प्याज, हरी मिर्च, लौंग, धनिया पत्ता मिलाएँ।

लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर, तिल पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर मिलाएँ और मिलने दें।

चिकन मिलाएँ और मिलने दें।

पानी मिलाएँ और उसे पूर्णतः पकाएँ।

नमक और पानी
