Chicken Qurma Recipe English-Hindi
Chicken Qurma is a delicious and flavorful dish that is popular in Indian and Pakistani cuisine. It is made with chicken, yogurt, and a variety of spices, and is typically served with rice or naan bread.
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
1 cup plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder (optional)
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder (if using), garam masala, and salt. Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add the tomatoes and cook until they are softened and the mixture becomes a paste.
Add the marinated chicken and stir to coat with the tomato mixture. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is fully cooked.
Garnish with cilantro and serve over rice or with naan bread.
Note:
You can also add some cashews or raisins to the recipe for added flavor and texture.
Adjust the amount of red chili powder to taste depending on how spicy you like your food.
If you want to make it more rich and creamy you can add some fresh cream and cashew paste to the recipe.

500 ग्राम चिकन
2 बड़े प्याज, कटे हुए
4-5 हरी मिर्च, कटे हुए
2 लौंग, कटे हुए
1 चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
1/2 चम्मच तिल पाउडर
1 चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
1 कप यही, कटी हुई
2 कप पानी
1 चम्मच नमक
2 टेबल स्पून तेल
2 कप मिल्क
कुछ हरा धनिया
कुछ करी पत्ता
2-3 कप दूध
विधि:
एक प्याज़, हरी मिर्च, लौंग, धनिया पत्ते, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर, तिल पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर मिलाएँ।
चिकन मिलाएँ और दूध और पानी मिलाकर 5-7 मिनट के लिए पकाएँ।
तेल गरम करें और यही मिलाएँ।
